The technique we use to write your provisional specification is base on the patent drawing so we need to have at least a patent drawing or hand sketches in place.
The turn around time is depends on the complexity of the project, the number of drawings needed. The turnaround time is also dependent on the material given to us to prepare the drawing.
The illustrators at ASCADEX can meet any deadline requested from us by the inventor. For example, we can complete a patent drawing within a day or within two weeks however, to determine the exact turnaround time for your project we need to have a clear understanding of the invention by reviewing whatever you have.
Our drawings are accurately prepared that there is no need for major revision and corrections. However, there may be need for minor corrections. Examples of minor correction are change of patent reference numbers, runaway lines, and sometimes major modifications in designs due to new information. If that is the case, ASCADEX will handle the corrections promptly and without charge even if it the inventor's fault and even if the inventor keeps coming back with those minor corrections we will keep correcting them if they are valid. We want the inventor to be satisfy. We may however in some rare cases charge additional fee at our discretion if we have to make a major revision. Examples of major revisions are cases where inventor cancels a complex drawing and introduce a new drawing. If the new drawing is not difficult and time consuming we may charge a little fee for the additional time. In any case we will consult with the inventor and get his approval before we move on.
We aim for 110% accuracy but one cannot say what the patent office may find. But we can say for certain that whatever mistake they find will be very minor. Something that we can easily fixed by our expert patent draftspersons so that you can your patent quickly. We have prepared complex drawings for our own invention project that was granted by the USPTO.

We use several tools such as sketches to conceptualize, brainstorm and design. Then we move over our drafting CAD Computer Aided Design software to create the drawings and get the well defined lines required by the U.S. Patent Office. We may prepare your drawings from memory or we may use your sketches, images, 3D files as a source when preparing your drawings.
